Best Hand Crank Flashlight

Have you ever been stranded in the dark without a working flashlight?

This happened to me recently when the electricity went out where I work. The office building went completely dark and we couldn’t see anything. I remembered that I had a flashlight in my car so I went outside to retrieve it. But as fate would have it, the batteries were dead and it didn’t work. When I went back inside the building and stepped into the bathroom and closed the door everything was pitch black. That was not a pleasant moment.

I stumbled back to my desk and sat down. A bright light was shining on my co-workers desk. I chirped across the room, “You are so lucky that your flashlight batteries are still working – mine are completely dead.”

On that day I discovered what a Hand Crank Flashlight was. I could hardly believe they made such things. A flashlight that worked by winding a crank to create its own energy. As some would say a light bulb shined in my head.

Ever since then I discovered the joys of owning a Hand Crank Flashlight. Shortly after I purchased my very own flashlight I found myself stranded on a dark street with a flat tire. It was hard to see anything. With my trusty new flashlight in my hands, I was able to create the light that I needed to quickly change my tire and be on my way.

Never again did I want myself or my friends and family to be left in the dark. So I created a website to spread the word that this is something everyone should own. They make the perfect gift for friends of all ages. It is the gift of light.

The grandchildren love the flashlights. They use them frequently not only as toys but to see their way in the dark. Before when we only used the battery flashlights there was always concern as to wasting the battery juice.

Some hand cranked flashlights come with a radio making it a lifesaver in the event of a natural disaster such as a hurricane or tornado.

If you only own one flashlight the best place to store it is in your car. That way, no matter where you are at home or away from home your light will be with you.

I truly believe every home and car should be equipped with these unique light savers.

I’ve been looking for hand crank flashlights to keep in case of a disaster. Didn’t know what features to look for besides the obvious – duration and ease of use.

I found the video helpful and fun to watch. Great way to compare different devices.

What’s the best place to buy one of these?

You can use these flashlights even if there is no disaster. The best part is that you would not have to worry about the batteries dying on you.

I would recommend buying one on Amazon. They have a wide assortment of choices and they can be returned if you don’t like it. Remember to check out the Amazon Customer Reviews before buying.
